As I shuffled through my online social networks I had the pleasure to zone out to this soulful/jazzy record by Supnater. A gifted young man based out of Lawrence MA. who has worked on various independent mixtapes, “The coffee shop” and “Bonsai” just to name a few. I have had the pleasure of meeting this talented young man and I have to admit, his talent is something that I would enjoy more of in todays industry. On his most recent record ”Elixir (summer love therapy) produced by: Steve Cool”, It sets a magical tone through the spacey melodies and chill chorus for these summer days. As Supnater manages to paint vivid pictures of what a beautiful summer day accompanied by a lovely female would be like. His lyrical content lacks ignorance and speaks truth with his own sense of originality, and minus the need to blend in with the rest of the industry.
